Development Status of ICHS Town
Although, the project has been launched many years back with slow-paced development. However, after the completion of Islamabad International Airport, the development work saw a significant increase in its pace. The developers have already completed 50% of the work in ICHS town phase 1. After ICHS phase 1, ICHS Town phase 2 and ICHS Town phase 3 would be developed. However, there are currently ICHS phase 2 plots for sale at affordable pricing.

The work on the entrance Gate is completed and Solar Street Lamps are also installed alongside the Main Boulevard. Ground leveling work in all three phases of ICHS Society Islamabad is done at a rapid pace.
